Gunslinger Theatre Co. is a not-for-profit Edinburgh based company. The company was established in 2007 to cultivate new talent and provide opportunities to showcase local writers, actors, directors, and other theatre professionals. Gunslinger provides a home for member artists' creative experimentation without the fear of failure.
Gunslinger runs regular forums to nurture and develop theatrical craft as well as new work for the theatre as an institution. We work with new writers to develop an idea from the lightbulb over your head, to the page, to the stage. We do this by working collaboratively with actors and directors to experiment, improv, create and develop the piece.
We do not “do things” to our audiences and then send them home. We want to involve you in the creative process. Gunslinger invites you to participate in our productions by attending readings, casting sessions, rehearsals, and post performance discussions.
